With the ability to be patient and not rush; we were able to get the exact price the seller wanted. Now we were lucky. We had the time, but this property is the perfect example that timing is everything. The majority of buyers are shopping between Jan 1-May 31. It's not that you can't sell your home from June-Dec; but most of the time you will find it will not sell as quickly or for the price you want. We could have settled, but because we didn't have to...it worked out really well. Congrats to my seller/ friends and the new owners! I could not be happier for everyone involved.
