"Erica Carlson has made our home buying experience EFFICIENT and EFFECTIVE. While living in GA, my wife and I started working with Erica to find a home in MN so we could transition to our post-military life. Before we even started looking at potential homes, Erica took the time to get to know our needs, requirements, and desires. In doing so, there was less of a feeling of looking for "a needle in a haystack". When looking at lists of homes, Erica never tried to sell us any particular house; in fact, she was good about pointing out both the good and the bad details.
