• We ask sellers to cover our fee
• If a seller offers more than our fee, we work to pass those savings on to you. This could include negotiating a lower price or securing credits toward closing costs.
• If a seller refuses to pay, we’ll collaborate with you to adjust the offer price or explore other solutions.
